Share Change For Macquarie Infrastructure Group In The S&P/ASX 50 Index

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes to the S&P/ASX 50 Index effective after the close of trading Monday, Aug. 21, 2006: Macquarie Infrastructure Group (Australia, SEDOL: 6456942, GICS Code: 20305020), a member of the S&P/ASX 50 Index, will increase its shares to 2,531,004,517. This change is the result of a distribution-reinvestment plan.

NYMEX Henry Hub Natural Gas Swap Futures Contract Reaches Open Interest Milestone

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. today announced that open interest in the Henry Hub natural gas swap futures contract surpassed the 3 million contract mark for the first time on August 14. Open interest reached 3, 005,193 contracts.

Natural Gas Exchange (NGX) To Acquire Oxen Inc. And Alberta Watt Exchange

Natural Gas Exchange Inc. (NGX), a subsidiary of TSX Group Inc., has made an offer to the shareholders of Oxen Inc. (Oxen) to acquire 100% of the shares of Oxen, which owns the Alberta Watt Exchange (Watt-Ex). The principal shareholders of Oxen, who hold approximately 90% of the shares of the company, have agreed to tender their shares to the offer.

In the first seven months of 2006 trades on the Exchange Traded Funds of Borsa Italiana confirmed their top levels: with a daily average of 3,268 contracts and 69.5 million euro recorded an increase, on the same period 2005, respectively equal to 218% and 132%.
