Hon Hai Precision Industry Corp. , Ltd. Shares Increase In The S&P Asia 50 Index
Standard & Poor's will make the following change in the S&P Asia 50 Index effective after the close of trading on March 31, 2004: Hon Hai Precision Industry Corp., Ltd. (Taiwan, SEDOL 6438564, GICS: Information Technology, GICS Code: 45203010), a member of the S&P Asia 50 and S&P Global 1200 Indices, shares will increase by 238,024,500 to 2,757,198,900. The change is the result of the merger of Hon Hai Precision Industry and Ambit Microsystems Corp.

Euronext And IEIF Launch New Index For Tax-Advantaged Real-Estate Investment Companies
Euronext and Institut de l'Épargne Immobilière et Foncière (IEIF)1 have joined forces to produce a new index with a view to raising the profile of the listed real-estate sector. Due for launch on 5 April, the Euronext IEIF "SIIC France" index is based on listed real-estate investment companies that have opted for a new tax regime known as SIIC2.

Eurex: March Is The Most Successful Month In Eurex's History - Already Over 107 Million Contracts Traded On Eurex In March- Daily Trading Records In Bund, Bobl And Schatz On 5 March
March 2004 will be the most successful month in the history of Eurex, the international derivatives market reported on Monday. By Monday 2 pm, two days before the end of the month, Eurex had already traded over 107 million contracts, surpassing the previous monthly trading record of around 106 million contracts in March 2003.

Clearstream Wins Critical Court Case Against Denis Robert And Canal+ - Paris Court Considers All Allegations Published In Book As Defamatory - Authors Were Considered Not To Have Acted In Good Faith - Court Emphasizes Many Factual Contradictions
The Paris court Le Tribunal de Grande Instance de Paris has ordered damages to be paid to Clearstream by the author Denis Robert and publisher Les Arènes of the book Revelations as well as the French TV company Canal+ France. The court did not find evidence to support allegations against Clearstream that were published in this book and a TV program in 2001. CBOT Good Friday Holiday Trading Schedule
The Chicago Board of Trade has established the following trading schedule in connection with the Good Friday holiday: Thursday, April 8 Open auction: Financial contracts will close at 12:00 p.m. All other open auction contracts (Agricultural and Stock Index) will close at their normal times.

Botswana Stock Exchange Market Commentary
The market gave up some of its recent gains, dipping half a percent this week with lower prices for ABCH (down to P0.40), Metsef, down 4% to P12.90, and Sefalana, down 5t to P8.00. FNBB rose 12t to P7.32 on 1,500 shares. Sechaba was among the gainers as it continued to reach new heights with a 5t gain to a new record high of P10.75 on 700 shares. Letshego and Turnstar recorded the largest trading volumes for the week of 303,476 and 158,600 shares respectively.
