    The Board of Directors of the not-for-profit partnership "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange has decided to transfer trading in "Norilsk Nickel" shares from the Order-driven Classic market to the Quote-Driven (Non-anonymous) trading for the period of December 20th, 2005, through January 13th, 2006. This decision is related to the planned spin-off of "Polus Zoloto" joint-stock company from "Norilsk Nickel".
