Share & IWF changes in the S&P Japan MidCap 100 and S&P Japan 500 Indices

Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Japan MidCap 100 and S&P Japan 500 Indices effective after the close of trading, Tuesday, September 27th, 2005: Tokyo Broadcasting System Inc (Japan, SEDOL: 6894166, GICS: Consumer Discretionary, GICS Code: 25401020) a member of the S&P Japan MidCap 100 and S&P Japan 500 indices, shares will increase by 9,920,000 to 189,987,968 and its IWF will be updated to 0.825 due to its private placement.
