Millicom International Cellular S.A. To Join The NASDAQ-100 Index Beginning May 8, 2006

Millicom International Cellular S.A. (NASDAQ:MICC) of Luxembourg, will become a component of the NASDAQ-100 Index® (NASDAQ:NDX), the NASDAQ-100 Equal Weighted Index (NASDAQ:NDXE) and the NASDAQ-100 Ex-Tech Sector Index (NASDAQ: NDXT) prior to market open on Monday, May 8, 2006. Millicom will replace Pixar (NASDAQ:PIXR). Millicom will also be included in the NASDAQ-100 Index Tracking StockSM (NASDAQ:QQQQ).

ISE Reports Monthly Volume For April 2006 - Average Daily Volume Of 2.4 Million Contracts, Up 35% from April 2005

The International Securities Exchange (NYSE:ISE) today reported that average daily trading volume for equity and index options contracts for April 2006 increased 35.2% to 2.4 million contracts as compared to 1.8 million contracts during the same period in 2005. Total equity and index options volume for the month increased 22.3% to 45.2 million contracts from 37.0 million contracts in the same year-ago period.

CME Reports April 2006 Average Daily Volume Of 5.3 Million Contracts, Up 10 Percent From Year-Ago Period

CME, the world's largest and most diverse financial exchange, today said average daily volume in April was 5.3 million contracts, up 10 percent from April 2005, when uncertainty in the credit markets resulted in strong trading in CME interest rate and equity products. CME, the world’s largest and most diverse financial exchange, today announced that it is celebrating the fortieth anniversary of its lean hog futures contract this month. The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced today that trading volume for the month of April totaled 50.6 million contracts, an increase of 24% over April 2005's total of 40.7 million. CBOE's equity options sector continues to experience strong growth during 2006 as volume in April jumped to 32.3 million contracts, an increase of 37% over April 2005. The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced that reported volume in the recently launched options on the CBOE Volatility Index, "VIX" (options ticker symbol VIX), reached 62,461 contracts (56,569 calls and 5,892 puts) today, May 1st, beating the previous record of 50,522 contracts, set on April 10, 2006.Open interest stood at 309,287 at the start of trading this morning.
