    The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced today that a seat, or membership, at CBOE was sold for an all-time record price of $771,000 on Monday, December 5, 2005. This morning's sale surpassed the previous CBOE all-time seat price record of $755,000 from July 18, 2005.

    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Europe Plus, S&P Euro and S&P United Kingdom Indices, effective at the close of trading on Wednesday 07 December 2005: Belgacom SA (Belgium, SEDOL B00D9P6, GICS: Telecommunication Services, GICS Code: 50101020) will replace BPB (United Kingdom, SEDOL 0068707) in the S&P Europe 350, and will be added to the S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, after the close of trading on Wednesday 07 December 2005.
