NYMEX ACCESS® To Migrate To CME Globex®
The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc. announced today that it will migrate its after hours energy futures contracts from NYMEX ACCESS, the exchange's after-hours electronic trading system, to the CME Globex electronic trading platform, which operates virtually 24 hours each trading day, beginning on August 6 for trade date August 7.

JADE To Go 'Live' On September 25 - Exchange To Launch Rubber Contract First Followed By Crude Palm Oil Futures Contract
Joint Asian Derivatives Exchange (JADE), a joint venture between Singapore Exchange (SGX) and the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT), is pleased to announce that the Exchange will launch operations on September 25, 2006 and begin trading its first futures contract, TSR 20 Rubber, on the same day. This contract will be traded on the CBOT electronic platform and cleared by SGX Derivatives Clearing House.

Eurex To Launch Spanish And Swedish Equity Options In November - Eurex To Offer Equity Options On 49 Stocks From Dow Jones EURO STOXX 50 Index
Eurex, the world's largest derivatives exchange, will expand its product portfolio to include Spanish and Swedish equity options from November 2006. On November 20, Eurex will introduce equity options on the Spanish stocks Banco Santander Central Hispano, Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentina, Endesa, Iberdrola, Repsol and Telefonica. CFTC Extends Until August 1, 2006, The Comment Period On What Constitutes A Board Of Trade Located Outside The United States
The Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) today extended until August 1, 2006, the comment period on what constitutes a “board of trade, exchange, or market located outside the United States” as that phrase is used in Section 4(a) of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA). The notice of the comment period extension will be published shortly in the Federal Register.

Bursa Malaysia Receives Approval For Crude Palm Oil Settlement Price Licensing
Bursa Malaysia is pleased to announce that it has received approval from the relevant authorities to license its crude palm oil settlement prices to Multi Commodity Exchange of India (MCX) and Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE). However, Bursa Malaysia will not be licensing its crude palm oil settlement prices to JADE (Joint Asian Derivatives Exchange) as approval has not been granted by the relevant authorities.
