    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) reported the dividend payments of listed companies on the SET and the Market for Alternative Investment (MAI), as of 2 March 2004 which was the deadline for financial statement submission. There were a total of 173 listed companies announcing dividend payments for the year ending 31 December 2003. The total amount of dividend payments announced was THB 91,294 million or 42.71% of the total net profits of those listed companies having announced their dividend

    Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Thursday, March 4, 2004: Passion Media Inc. (TSXVN:PSN) will change its name to Lemontonic Inc. and will trade under the ticker symbol "LEM" and new CUSIP number 525705 10 9. There is no consolidation of capital. Guyana Goldfields Inc.   • RTS Stock Exchange To Launch Futures Contract For Government Bonds Placement Price

    On March 10th, 2004, FORTS, the derivatives section of the RTS Stock Exchange, launches a new futures contract for the auction price of the additional placement of government bonds OFZ-AD N46002. The Ministry of Finance of Russian Federation has officially informed the RTS Stock Exchange about the upcoming additional auction placement of this bond issue to be held June 2nd, 2004, with total volume of 8 billion rubles.
