  • CalPERS Responds To Lawsuit Announcement Regarding Private Equity Transparency

    Mark Anson, Chief Investment Officer of the California Public Employees’ Retirement System (CalPERS) issued the following response to reports that the First Amendment Coalition has filed a lawsuit compelling CalPERS to disclose private equity fees paid to individual private equity partners:

  • AmBev - PN ADR Share Increase and IWF change in the S&P Latin American 40 Indices

    Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Latin America 40 Index effective after the close of trading on Friday, September 10, 2004. AmBev - PN (Brazil, SEDOL 2634797) ADR shares will increase by 113,981,813 to 335,194,965. The ADR share increase comes as result of the acquisition of Labatt (non-constituent). Simultaneously the IWF will change to 0.66% from 1%.
