Euronext.liffe Launches Four New Equity Options

Euronext.liffe today expanded its range of equity options, with the launch of new European-style option contracts on AGF, Peugeot SA, Sodhexo Alliance and Veolia Environnement. European-style equity options available on Euronext.liffe now cover all CAC40 component stocks.

Euronext Cash Market Introduces A Harmonised, Up-To-Date Fee Structure To Be Implemented On 1 January 2004

Euronext announces today that it will implement a harmonised and up-to-date fee structure for its cash trading activity. This new fee structure will be effective on the 1st January 2004 on Euronext Amsterdam, Brussels and Paris cash markets . Euronext Lisbon will fully adopt this new fee structure in October 2004, one year after its migration on the NSC trading system.

Domestic turnover in June was EUR 59,835.6 million, foreign turnover 8,552.1 million, Nuovo Mercato, Domestic, EUR 676.0 million, Nuovo Mercato, Foreign, EUR 17.4 million and on the Ristretto market EUR 39.8 million.

First ETF Tracking "TSEC Taiwan 50 Index " Launched On Taiwan Stock Exchange

Taiwan Stock Exchange on June 30 announced that the "Polaris Taiwan Top 50 Tracker Fund" (ETF) has been listed on Taiwan Stock Exchange and commenced trading on June 30, 2003 under the symbol of "TTT". This exchange traded fund (ETF) is designed to track the "TSEC Taiwan 50 Index" covering Taiwan's 50 most promising blue chip enterprises, one of the most closely watched barometers in Asian markets.
