  • RTS, NAUFOR, GIFA And European Bond Commission To Draft Cooperation Agreement

    During its current Moscow meeting (October 24th-26th) the European Bond Commission (EBC) has decided to draft a cooperation agreement between the RTS Stock Exchange, NAUFOR (National Association of Professional Securities Market Participants), GIFA (Investment and Financial Analysts' Guild) and the EBC. The purpose of this multilateral agreement is to promote the EBC-established standards of bond offering and trading in Russia.

    The New York Board of Trade (NYBOT®) announced today that it's Coffee "C" Futures contract set another new Open Interest record of 76,224 contracts set on October 23, 2002, replacing the previous Coffee "C" record of 75,800 contracts set on Thursday, October 17, 2002. Additionally, NYBOT's Cocoa Options contract also set a new record on October 18, 2002, of 96,054 contracts, replacing the previous Cocoa Options record of 92,803 contracts set on October 1, 2002.
