OneChicago: Notice To Firms - Nov. 22 Product Launch

On Friday, Nov. 22, OneChicago will offer futures on 22 more single stocks, plus futures on the DIAMONDS (DIA) Exchange Traded Fund. The new contracts are in addition to the 21 futures on single stocks that have been trading at OneChicago since Nov. 8.

Comcast Corporation and AT&T Broadband are merging to form the new Comcast Corporation ("Comcast"). Upon completion of the transaction, it is anticipated that Comcast's Class A Common Stock (NASDAQ:COMCV) will become the company's largest market capitalization security on NASDAQ. Additionally, at that time the stock's symbol will change from COMCV to CMCSA.

CME Open Interest Rises To Record 23.2 Million Positions

Open interest on Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME) reached a record 23,244,466 positions yesterday, Nov. 14. In addition, open interest in E-mini S&P MidCap 400™ futures surpassed 10,000 positions for the first time, reaching a record 10,434 positions, while open interest in E-mini Russell 2000® futures set a new record at 12,694 positions.
