Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices effective after the close of trading Monday, January 17, 2005: MAN AG (Germany, SEDOL: 5563520, GICS: Industrials, GICS Code: 20106020), a member of the S&P Europe 350, S&P Euro Plus and S&P Euro indices, Investable Weight Factor will change from 0.7178 to 1.00. The only major shareholder Regina Verwaltungsgesellschaft mbH sold its entire stake in MAN AG ordinary shares.
