New York Mercantile Exchange To Introduce Two Natural Gas Basis Futures Today To Trade On NYMEX Clearport<sup><small>sm</sup></small>
The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., will introduce two additional natural gas basis swap futures contracts today for trading on NYMEX ClearPortsm - one based on the differential between gas in Waha, Texas, and the Exchange's benchmark Henry Hub natural gas futures contract and the other based on the differential between the Colorado Interstate Gas Company (CIG) Rocky Mountains price and the Henry Hub futures contracts.

HKFE Suspends Phoenix Capital Futures Limited As Exchange Participant
Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited, has suspended all Phoenix Capital Futures Limited's rights as an Exchange Participant pursuant to HKFE Rule 706(b) for two weeks from 25 March 2003 to 7 April 2003 inclusive.

Exchange to Change Margin Rates On Henry Hub Natural Gas, Swap, e-miNY Futures, And Natural Gas Basis Contracts
The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., announced today that it will change the margins on Henry Hub natural gas futures, Henry Hub swaps futures, natural gas e-miNYsm futures contracts, and certain natural gas basis swap contracts at the close of business tomorrow.

Euronext.liffe To Amend Notional Coupon On The Long Gilt Futures Contract
Euronext.liffe today announced a change to the notional coupon level of its benchmark Long Gilt futures contract. Starting with the March 2004 delivery month, the notional coupon will be 6%. The notional coupon is currently set at 7%.

Chicago Board Of Trade To Launch Mini-Sized Agricultural Futures Contracts
Complementing its existing grain and soybean complexes, the Chicago Board of Trade (CBOT) will launch mini-sized Corn, Wheat, and Soybean futures on Monday, April 7, 2003. These new mini-sized grain contracts will trade in the CBOT's open auction marketplace, and mark the final phase of conversion of MidAmerica (MidAm) Commodity Exchange contracts to the CBOT's mini-complex.

Tokyo Stock Exchange To Publish REIT Index And Data On Trading Activities By Type Of Investors On The J-REIT Market
As Tokyo Stock Exchange, Inc. (TSE) previously announced in January 2003, TSE will begin calculation and publication of the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Index from April 1, 2003 and will disclose trading activities by type of investors on the J-REIT market from May 2003 (for the previous month's trading activities).
