KFX-Index Changes Name

Effective October 3, 2005 OMX will harmonize the index name structure for All-share, Benchmark, Tradable and Sector indices in Copenhagen, Stockholm, Helsinki, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. The change is part of OMX’s strive to create an integrated and efficient Nordic Baltic marketplace. The structure is constructed around the OMX name, the specific stock exchange and the index of choice.

Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) has made amendments to the Listing Requirements for the Main Board and the Second Board (LR) and the Listing Requirements for the MESDAQ Market (MMLR) which give effect to a new policy for enforcement in relation to delays in issuance of financial statements. The amendments are incorporated under paragraph 9.26 of the LR or rule 7.29 of the MMLR.
