Nymex To Launch Brent Calendar Swap And Light, Sweet Crude Oil/Brent Calendar Swap Futures Contracts

The New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., will introduce financially settled NYMEX Brent crude oil calendar swap futures and light, sweet crude oil/NYMEX Brent crude oil spread calendar swap futures contracts on its NYMEX ClearPortsm electronic trading and clearing platform beginning on February 13 for the February 14 trading session.

The public listing of The Nasdaq Stock Market, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) yesterday has made it eligible to be added to the FTSE/MV Exchanges Index starting today. The index is jointly produced by FTSE Group, the global index provider, and Mondo Visione, the publisher of the Handbook of World Stock, Derivative and Commodity Exchanges.

Paion AG went public in the Prime Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) on Friday. The announcement was made by Deutsche Börse AG, as operator of the FWB. Paion’s shares were initially priced at €8. Lead manager and bookrunner of the issue was UBS Investment Bank, Co-Lead-Manager Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein and Co-Manager Landesbank Baden-Württemberg. The initial price was determined on Xetra, the pan-European trading platform.
