CFTC To Host Meeting Of International Futures Industry Regulators

Wiener Börse Wins NeoNet As First Swedish Trading Member

The Swedish broker NeoNet will join Wiener Börse AG as a trading member starting March, 6th, 2006. Wiener Börse has acquired NeoNet as the 29th international trading member. A total of 70 Austrian and foreign investment banks are currently admitted as trading members to Wiener Börse.

The Issuance Of Open End Certificates On CASE 30 Index To Be Traded On Frankfurt And Stuttgart Stock Exchanges

In line with CASE ongoing plan to attract more foreign investments, CASE has granted a license to Deutsche Bank whereby the latter would issue Open End Certificates "EUR X-Pert Certificates" on CASE 30 Index to be listed and traded on Frankfurt and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges. The bank will issue 1 million certificates in Euro to be traded on Frankfurt and Stuttgart Stock Exchanges, starting 13 March 2006.

Thai Listed Firms Post 8% Collective Rise In 2005 Dividend Payouts

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announced today that as of March 1, 2006, 216 listed companies, or around 50% of all listed companies (excluding those in REHABCO), had declared their dividend payments for 2005, collectively worth THB 161.68 billion. This amount is a 7.95% year-on-year rise, and represents a 4.00% average dividend yield.

Today, NYSE Group, Inc. (NYSE:NYX) filed a registration statement on Form S-1 with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed offering of NYSE Group common stock to the public. The proposed public offering will include only shares to be sold by certain existing NYSE Group stockholders. No shares will be sold by NYSE Group in the offering.
