The calculation of RTS current quotes index (RTST) will be stopped on August 19,2005. RTS Board of Directors came up with this decision because the RTS index is calculated online during trading session after change in the price of every stock quote.

Sydney Futures Exchange Announces Plans To Offer Direct Trading Access To Customers of Trading Technologies And X_TRADER

Sydney Futures Exchange announced today the addition of Independent Software Vendor, Trading Technologies and their order-entry platform X_TRADER, to the list of independent software vendors (ISV’s) providing direct trading access to the SFE. There are now 13 ISV’s certified to offer Sydney Futures Exchange products.

NYBOT Announces New Antwerp Coffee Warehouse Actions

On August 2, 2005, the New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced a moratorium on any further certification of coffee being stored at the licensed warehouses of Molenbergnatie, 3 Way 6-7 and Wilmarsdonk 3 Way 9, located in Antwerp, Belgium. The warehouses had been damaged by severe weather experienced by the Belgians the weekend prior to the announcement.
