SEC Charges Former Logicon Executive With Aiding And Abetting Financial Accounting Fraud At Legato Systems
The Securities and Exchange Commission today charged an executive who worked for a customer of Legato Systems, Inc. with aiding and abetting Legato's financial accounting fraud. Named in the Commission's complaint was Vincent Steckler, a former vice president of sales at Logicon, Inc., now Northrop Grumman Information Technology, a division of Northrop Grumman, Inc. Nymex: PJM Daily Electricity Futures Set Daily Volume Record
PJM daily electricity futures set a single session volume record on the New York Mercantile Exchange, Inc., today when a combination of 1,331 contracts were traded and cleared or cleared, surpassing the volume of 447 contracts on August 27.

NYBOT Launches New Currency Futures And Options Products - Two Hungarian Forint And Two Czech Koruna Contracts Are Offered
The New York Board of Trade® (NYBOT®) announced today the launch of new currency futures and options products on its FINEX® Division: two contracts based on the Hungarian Forint (US Dollar-Forint and Euro-Forint); and two based on the Czech Koruna (US Dollar-Koruna and Euro-Koruna). The futures currency contracts will begin trading September 19, 2003, and the options will begin September 22, 2003.

London Stock Exchange Monthly Market Report For August 2003 - Further Growth In SETS Trades In August
The number of trades on SETS™, the London Stock Exchange's electronic order book, increased to 2.35 million in August 2003, 15 per cent higher than the 2.03 million trades in August 2002. The value traded on SETS during the month was £52 billion, up from £50 billion in August 2002.
