    The International Securities Exchange, Inc. (NYSE: ISE) said today that, at some time following the public release of its results for the third quarter of 2005, it plans to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission a registration statement for an offering of shares of its Class A common stock by certain stockholders and management in an underwritten secondary public offering. ISE will not receive any proceeds from the sale of the shares.

  • Euronext: Refinement Of Selection Rules BEL20 Index And BEL Mid Index

    Euronext Indices announces that the selection rules for the BEL20 index are refined. These selection rules maintain the principle of a BEL20 company having a minimum level of free float market capitalisation, which principle is now refined by introducing a threshold of specified entry and exit levels. The entry level is defined as a minimal free float market capitalisation for non index constituents of 300,000 times the level of the index at year end, while the exit level for companies in the in
