    The European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) transparency initiative is on track. With immediate effect the largest continental European energy exchange has published a detailed list of its shareholders with their shares in EEX. Only two shareholders have not agreed to the publishing of their shares.

    CESR publishes today a questionnaire (Ref. CESR/06-312) addressed to all market participants which will enable CESR to gather information on the day-to-day application of the Credit Rating Agencies (CRAs) codes in practice. The deadline for comments will be 15 August 2006 and if specifically requested, respondents may be able to submit their responses on a confidential basis.

  • CESR Completes Its Final Advice And Its Opinion On The Storage And Filing Of Regulated Information

    CESR published today its final advice which covers, in particular, the minimum quality standards of the national storage systems and its opinion on establishing the interoperability amongst national storage systems (EU network) (Ref. CESR/06-292).
