Elections for the Exchange Councils of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (FWB) and Eurex Germany will take place on November 11, as announced by both the FWB and Eurex on Tuesday. Election nominations can be submitted to the election committees at both exchanges until September 10.

Compared with the month of June, the average daily turnover has decreased by 39 per cent. In comparison with July 2003, the share turnover is up 23 per cent, and the share trading this year has thus month-by-month surpassed the share trading of the corresponding months in 2003.
