  • SEC Fee Rate Advisory #4 For Fiscal Year 2005

    The continuing resolution funding the Securities and Exchange Commission for fiscal 2005 since Oct. 1, 2004, has been extended through Dec. 3, 2004. Therefore, fees paid under Section 6(b) of the Securities Act of 1933 and Sections 13(e), 14(g) and 31 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 will remain at their current rates.

  • São Paulo Stock Exchange: DASA’s IPO In The Novo Mercado

    On November 19, the shares of DASA – Diagnósticos da América (negotiation code DASA3) started to be traded at BOVESPA’s NOVO MERCADO. On the launching day, 4,395,800 shares were traded in 2,172 trades amounting R$ 98.16 million and since today, DASA3 has been included in the IGC – Corporate Governance Index.

  • Over 100,000 Contracts Traded On Eurex US For The First Time

    Trading volume on Eurex US, the fully-electronic U.S. futures and options exchange, surpassed 100,000 contracts for the first time on Friday. Total trading volume in U.S. Treasury products set a new record of 107,510 contracts on November 19, capping off the strongest trading week ever on the exchange, with 356,422 contracts traded. The previous single-day record, set on October 27, was 79,175 contracts. Trading volume in the 10-year U.S. Treasury Note also set a new record of 62,886 contracts
