Investable Weight Factor Change For Banca Nazionale del Lavoro In The S&P/MIB Index

Standard & Poor’s will change the IWF (Investable Weight Factor) for Banca Nazionale del Lavoro (Italy, IT0001254884), a member of the S&P/MIB Index, from 0.403 to 0.331 effective at the close of trading Tuesday, June 07, 2005. This is following the acquisition of ordinary shares by Holmo SPA, which has increased its holding to 6.464 % of shares outstanding.

The share increase comes as result of an equity offering by the company to the public.
