MIAX Options Exchange And MIAX Sapphire Options Exchange - September 1, 2026 Fee Changes

Effective September 1, 2026, MIAX Options and MIAX Sapphire Options Exchanges will amend the following fees pending filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission:
- MIAX Options Exchange – Priority Customer Rebate Program ("PCRP") Alternative Complex Rebates
- Per Contract Credit for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired Complex Options volume is greater than or equal to 50% of Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume:
- Tier 1: ($0.23)
- Tier 2: ($0.27)
- Tiers 3-5: ($0.28)
- Per Contract Credit for Priority Customer Complex Orders if the EEM’s total monthly Priority Customer non-paired Complex Options volume is greater than or equal to 50% of Member’s total monthly PCRP option volume:
- MIAX Options Exchange – Priority Customer Rebate Program ("PCRP") Alternative Complex Rebates
