CFFEX: Notice On Delivery Of Equity Index Futures And Options Contracts

The following equity index futures and options contracts are delivered on September 19, 2025 at their respective final settlement prices:
- IF2509 CSI 300 index futures contracts and the IO2509 series CSI 300 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 4509.78;
- IC2509 CSI 500 index futures contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 7182.62;
- IM2509 CSI 1000 index futures contracts and the MO2509 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 7448.68;
- IH2509 SSE 50 index futures contracts and the HO2509 series SSE 50 index options contracts are delivered at the final settlement price of 2918.05.

- The IF2511 CSI 300 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 4495.
- The IC2511 CSI 500 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 7117.8.
- The IM2511 CSI 1000 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 7361.
- The IH2511 SSE 50 index futures contract is scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025 at the listing benchmark price of 2917.4.
- The IO2609 series CSI 300 index options contracts are scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025.
- The MO2609 series CSI 1000 index options contracts are scheduled to be listed on September 22, 2025.

The Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) is seeking disqualification orders from the Court of First Instance against four former directors of Century Energy International Holdings Limited, formerly known as China Oil Gangran Energy Group Holdings Limited (China Oil Gangran Energy), in legal proceedings under section 214 of the Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO).

U.S. Department Of Justice: BofA Securities Inc. Resolves Criminal Investigation With Justice Department Pursuant To Part I Of The Criminal Division’s Corporate Enforcement And Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy

BofA Securities, Inc. (BoAS) a North Carolina-based financial institution, has agreed to resolve a criminal investigation involving alleged market manipulation schemes by former BoAS employees pursuant to Part I of the Criminal Division’s Corporate Enforcement and Voluntary Self-Disclosure Policy (CEP). As part of the resolution, the Justice Department has declined to prosecute BoAS, and BoAS will disgorge approximately $1.96 million and contribute approximately $3.6 million to a victim compensation fund it will establish and administer.
