SEC Sues Former Dynegy Employees For Fraud

The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed securities fraud charges against three former employees of Dynegy Inc. in connection with their roles in Dynegy's Project Alpha, a $300 million financing transaction that disguised the company's true financial condition.
