Ad Hoc Publicity: SWX Initiates A Formal Investigation Against Cicorel Holding AG

SWX Swiss Exchange has initiated a formal investigation against Cicorel Holding AG regarding a possible violation of Art. 72 of the Listing Rules (ad hoc publicity). Due to technical problems, Cicorel published the annual results 2002 during trading hours on 9 May 2003. The preliminary investigation conducted by the SWX has revealed that Cicorel possibly violated the principle of equal treatment of market participants. SWX Swiss Exchange: Solicitation Of Comment On The Rules Regarding The Obligation To Disclose Management Transactions

On 9 May 2003, the Admission Board SWX Swiss Exchange initiated a solicitation of comment on the proposed rules regarding the obligation to disclose management transactions. The period of solicitation of comment was originally scheduled to last until 20 June 2003. RTS: June Futures Contracts Settled And Delivered

June futures contracts were settled and delivered on June 16th, 2003. For the first time in FORTS history the deliverable futures contract on "LUKOil" stock was delivered. The total volume of the contracts equaled 44 million rubles. "RAO UES of Russia" futures contract topped the list with 178 million rubles in volume. US dollar exchange rate futures contract took the second place - 76 million rubles.
