Alpha Tau Medical Ltd., an Israel-based oncology company listed on Nasdaq, today announced its dual listing on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE), following TASE's approval of the listing of the Company's shares under the ticker symbol "DRTS." The Company's shares will continue to trade on Nasdaq, and the Company will remain subject to the reporting and disclosure requirements of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). Under the dual-listing framework, the Company will not be required to make any additional disclosures beyond those required in the United States. The Company currently has a market capitalization of approximately NIS 3.6 billion.
