ISE said today that Steven M. Sears has been appointed Director of Corporate Communications, effective immediately. Mr. Sears will continue to serve as ISE's Director of Special Projects, managing the Exchange's strategic and comparative analysis operations. On Tuesday, Clearstream Banking AG and the Deutsche Bundesbank presented details of the new German Settlement Model developed together with the banking industry. The Deutsche Bundesbank supports Clearstream Banking AG in its sustained efforts to improve the efficiency and security of German securities settlement.
