    The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has appointed Assistant Professor Dr. Santi Kiranand as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Bond Electronic Exchange (BEX) effective from July 1, 2004 onwards.     Standard & Poor’s will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Wednesday, June 30, 2004: As part of an amalgamation with Radius Explorations Ltd. (TSXVN:RDU), Pilagold Inc. (TSXVN:PRI) will be removed from the index. The newly merged company will be renamed Radius Gold Inc. and will continue to trade under the ticker symbol “RDU.”

    Standard & Poor's Canadian Index Operations announces the following index changes effective after the close of business on Friday, July 2, 2004: On June 22, 2004, the shareholders of Nexfor Inc. (TSX:NF) approved the spinoff of the company’s paper operations to a newly-listed entity called Fraser Papers Inc. (TSX:FPS). Fraser Papers Inc. will be added to the S&P/TSX Composite, theS&P/TSX Capped Composite, the S&P/TSX SmallCap and the S&P/TSX Capped Materials indices. Nexfor Inc. wil
