The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed an Amended Complaint charging five additional former executives of Enron Broadband Services, Inc. (EBS) - a wholly owned subsidiary of Enron Corp. - with violating the antifraud provisions of federal securities laws and personally reaping more than $150 million in unlawful profits.

OneChicago, LLC today announced that it traded 79,353 contracts in April, which is about the same amount as traded in March, 79,522 contracts. Open interest at OneChicago stood at 60,148 contracts April 30.

Albright, former US Secretary of State, founder and principal of The Albright Group, to serve as a member of the Exchange's Board of Directors. Dr. Albright served as the 64th Secretary of State of the United States, and was the first woman Secretary of State and highest-ranking woman in the history of the United States government.

The Kansas City Board of Trade volume traded during the month of April showed significant gains over the previous month, with total exchange volume up 29.2 percent. The gain was led by the wheat futures contract, which posted a 34.4 percent increase. The wheat options contract also contributed, with a gain of 2.8 percent compared to March 2003.

CBOE Exchange-Wide Volume Up 5% In April; Index Volume Increases 49% Over Year-Ago

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced today that exchange-wide volume rose 5% in April, while total index options volume increased 49%. This marked the twelfth consecutive month that index options volume has posted a gain over the year-ago level at CBOE.
