OMX Signs Memorandum Of Understanding With Zagreb Stock Exchange

OMX and Zagreb Stock Exchange have signed a Memorandum of Understanding regarding cooperation. The relationship will be based on potential cooperation in the areas of technology and product development.
London Stock Exchange’s Monthly Market Report - IPO Money Raised Up 40 Per Cent In October

A total of £3.5 billion was raised by companies undertaking an IPO on the London Stock Exchange’s markets in October, up 40 per cent on the same month last year. This takes the total money raised through IPOs on the Exchange’s market to £22.3 billion so far this year, more than any other exchange. During the month the Exchange attracted: 11 IPOs to the Main Market, raising a total of £2.6 billion; one IPO to the Professional Securities Market (PSM), raising £79.1 million; and 22 IPOs to AIM

The SWX Swiss Exchange has instituted a formal investigation against OC Oerlikon Corporation AG, Pfäffikon on the grounds of a possible breach of Art. 74a of the Listing Rules (disclosure of management transactions). Investigatory proceedings will continue for an indefinite period. The SWX Swiss Exchange will announce its findings, although no information will be provided while the proceedings are ongoing.
Dalian Commodity Exchange Corn Futures Surpass 1.2 Million Contracts In Open Interest

The Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE) announced yesterday that open interest in its corn futures contract reached a new high mark, surpassing 1.2 million contracts for the first time. The new open interest record, 1,210,682 contracts, topped the previous record of 1,142,558 contracts set yesterday.
