Hong Kong Futures Exchange Limited (HKFE), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx), has announced that with effect from the commencement of trading on Friday, 21 September 2007, the minimum margins to be collected by an Exchange Participant from its clients in respect of their dealings in the following futures contract will be as outlined in the table below. Deutsche Börse: Scenario Calculation For The Equity Indices - Changes In The Equity Indices Effective On 24 September

Effective 24 September, new index weights will apply for companies in the equity indices of Deutsche Börse. Deutsche Börse released the preliminary weighting figures on Wednesday. An update of the preliminary weighting will be published on Friday. The preliminary data can be downloaded from the Deutsche Börse website (www.deutsche-boerse.com). The final figures based on Friday’s Xetra closing prices will be published on the Deutsche Börse website on Saturday.

MICEX Issues New Recommendations For Trade Participants On The MICEX Stock Exchange Who Use Remote Access To The MICEX Soft- And Hardware Complex

The MICEX Executive Board has adopted new recommendations for trade participants on the MICEX Stock Exchange who use remote access to the MICEX soft- and hardware complex. These recommendations contain specific proposals to upgrade participants’ systems to improve their efficiency and to guarantee their compliance with technical requirements of the MICEX Stock Exchange’s trading system and the MICEX clearing system.
Reprimand Against Feintool International Holding By The SWX Swiss Exchange

The SWX Swiss Exchange has established that Feintool International Holding has breached the principle of equal treatment pursuant to the ad hoc publicity provisions set out under Art. 72 of the Listing Rules by communicating the departure of a Member of the Group Management (Head of Human Resources) to employees but not to the public or the SWX. The sanction commission of the SWX has therefore issued a reprimand against Feintool International Holding.

Standard & Poor’s Announces Change To U.S. Index

LHC Group, Inc. (NASD:LHCG) will replace First Republic Bank (NYSE:FRC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 after the close of trading on Friday, September 21. First Republic is being acquired by S&P 100 and 500 constituent Merrill Lynch & Co. Inc. (NYSE:MER) in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
