  • Clearstream Experiences Good Growth Levels In August 2007

    Clearstream processed 2.48 million international transactions in August 2007, a 47 percent rise over August 2006 (1.69 million). Of these transactions, 75 percent were Over the Counter (OTC) transactions and 25 percent were registered as stock exchange transactions. Domestic settlement transactions in Germany stood at 4.44 million compared to 2.87 million for the same month last year (a rise of 55 percent). Of these transactions 68 percent were stock exchange transactions and 32 percent OTC tran
