Belzberg Technologies Inc. (TSX: BLZ) and the Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) announced today the release of options Order Management System (OMS), the latest enhancement to the Belzberg HyTS Terminal. OMS provides seamless routing of orders to the CBOE and any other U.S. options exchange or designated broker. The new system also provides straightthrough processing ("STP") with brokers' back office systems.

CBOE Announces New CBOE S&P 500 PutWrite Index (PUT) - Strategy Can Boost Income And Risk-Adjusted Returns

The Chicago Board Options Exchange (CBOE) today announced that CBOE will begin publishing the CBOE S&P 500 PutWrite Index (ticker symbol PUT) today, June 20, 2007. PUT is a new benchmark index that measures the performance of a hypothetical portfolio that sells S&P 500 Index (SPX) put options against collateralized cash reserves held in a money market account.

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange Announces Settlement Of Ginsburg Litigation

The Philadelphia Stock Exchange (PHLX) announced today that all parties have reached an agreement in principle to resolve the litigation, Ginsburg v. Philadelphia Stock Exchange, et al, an action that was brought against the Exchange and its strategic investors. The settlement is subject to final negotiation and approval of the Delaware Court of Chancery.

BM&F’s FX Clearinghouse registered on June, the 18th, its first T+0/T+0 operation. The value of the transaction was US$ 3 million. The average daily volume registered by the FX Clearinghouse was approximately US$ 3 billion.

To reduce costs associated with required shareholdings for clearing members of CME and CBOT, Chicago Mercantile Exchange Holdings Inc. (NYSE: CME)(NASDAQ: CME) and CBOT Holdings (NYSE: BOT) today announced that, upon the completion of their merger anticipated in mid 2007, the combined company will reduce the requisite number of CME Group Class A Shares its clearing members must acquire and hold as part of their capital investment requirement.
