Depositary receipts of X5 Retail Group N.V. (code: FIVE, ISIN: US98387E2054) are excluded from the constituent lists of the MOEX Russia Index (IMOEX, IMOEX2), the RTS Index (RTSI), MOEX Russia CNY Index (IMOEXCNY) and the MOEX Active Management Index (IMOEXW), the MOEX Broad Market Index (MOEXBMI) and the RTS Broad Market Index (RUBMI), the MOEX Consumer Index (MOEXCN) and the RTS Consumer & Retail Index (RTScr), the MOEX - RSPP Responsibility and Transparency Index (MRRT), the MOEX - RSPP Sustainability Vector Index (MRSV) and the MOEX-RAEX ESG Balanced Index (MESG) from November 25, 2024.

GCC Financial Market Authorities Approve Fund Passporting Framework, With Implementation Scheduled For Early 2025

In a new move to enhance integration between the Gulf financial markets, the financial market authorities in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) have adopted a regulatory framework for fund passporting. They also approved passporting regulations for member states during the 29th meeting of the GCC Committee of Heads of Financial Market Authorities. The regulations are scheduled to take effect in early 2025 in the Gulf states that have completed the legislative procedures.
