    The Singapore Exchange is pleased to announce additional changes to the Listing Manual following a further review of the listing rules, taking into account the recommendations of the Corporate Finance Committee and the practices in other developed markets. The Exchange had on 20 September 1999 announced changes to the admission requirements for equity securities, including changes to the quantitative criteria for admission to the SGX Main Board.

    The New York Stock Exchange announced today that trading in the American Depositary Receipt (ADR) of PT Tri Polyta Indonesia (the "Company") -- ticker symbol TPI-will be extended for two weeks in order to allow for additional time to effectuate an orderly transition to an alternate market.     FTSE International and Reuters today announce plans to classify nearly 35,000 companies in the Reuters database of equities using the FTSE Global Classification System for the global equities markets.
