The extraordinary shareholders' meeting of Borsa Italiana Spa resolved yesterday to increase the legal capital by an aggregate maximum of €1,158,179.36 through the issue of a maximum of 2,227,268 new ordinary shares with a nominal value of €0.52 each and a total surcharge of €58.3436, reserved for Monte Titoli's shareholders.

SEC Sues Former Tyco CEO Kozlowski, Two Others For Fraud - All Three Failed To Disclose Millions Of Dollars In Secret Corporate Loans

The Securities and Exchange Commission today filed civil fraud charges against three former top executives of Tyco International Ltd., including former CEO L. Dennis Kozlowski, alleging that they failed to disclose multi-million dollar low interest and interest-free loans they took from the company, and in some cases, never repaid. The SEC complaint, which also charges former Tyco CFO Mark H. Swartz and chief legal officer Mark A. Belnick, alleges that the three former executives also sold share
