Stock Exchange Of Thailand Explains Spread Adjustment Objectives

Miss Sopawadee Lertmanaschai, Senior Vice President of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) disclosed that after SET had disseminated news about spread adjustment, starting from October, and investors and other relevant parties have expressed opinions on the matter to the SET, the SET wished to explain that the objectives of the change was due to:

Stock Exchange Of Thailand Adjusted The Minimum Trading Spread to One Satang

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has adjusted the trading spread for securities trading at less than 400 baht. This is in order to increase trading liquidity and support low-priced securities. Securities trading at a price of less than 10 baht per share will be allowed to have a minimum trading spread of one satang. This will be effective in October.

Review Of The Copenhagen Stock Exchange's Growth Market KVX

On 1 September 2000 the Exchange introduced the Copenhagen Stock Exchange's Growth Market, KVX. The growth market was established to focus more on a group of companies with a high growth potential on the Copenhagen Stock Exchange. With the establishment of the KVX Index the investors thus gained the possibility of comparing the price development in the group of listed Danish growth companies with other similar indices on foreign markets.

Results Of Stock Exchange Of Thailand August Board Meeting Announced

The Board of Governors of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) has approved changes in the Buy-in method, and has also approved SET regulations to be applied in the case of unusual trading activity.
