The Copenhagen Stock Exchange Arranged For One Minute's Silence

In a response to yesterday's tragedy in the United States, and to express our sympathy, the Copenhagen Stock Exchange arranged for one minute's silence from 2:45 pm (corresponding to 8.45 am New York time).

SWX Swiss Exchange - Trading Remains Open

In the aftermath of the tragic events in the United States, the SWX Swiss Exchange has been continuously assessing the situation since yesterday afternoon. In concurrence with major market participants and other European securities exchanges, trading on the SWX Swiss Exchange remained open yesterday, and today commenced as usual at 09:00 am.

Spanish Financial Markets Observe One Minute Silence In Conjunction With The European Exchanges

In a joint response of solidarity of the European financial markets to yesterday´s tragic events in the United States, Spanish Financial Markets (MEFF, AIAF and SENAF), observed one minute silence, suspending trading on its systems from 14:45 to 14:46 CET today.

Nymex Top Officials Gain Access To The Exchange Building - Exchange Intends To Resume Trading As Soon As Is Possible

Top officials of the Exchange last night gained access to the Exchange building at approximately 1.00am (September 12). The building has full-generated power and all indications are that it is ready to be fully operational as soon as the area is safely accessible.

Nasdaq: Important Announcement

Nasdaq is in active consultations with other exchanges, market participants, and the SEC. There's a process underway and investors should be reassured.
