Goldman Sachs Inc. has announced the 2004 composition and weights for the Goldman Sachs Commodity Index (GSCI®) trading on Chicago Mercantile Exchange Inc. (CME). The first futures contract to be affected by the change is the February 2004 contract to be listed for trading on CME on Nov. 18, 2003.

Regular Revision And New Structure Of CESI (Central European Stock Index)

On 13 October 2003, a regular meeting of the CESI (Central European Stock Index) Committee took place in Ljubljana, with representatives from all the five participant Stock Exchanges (from Bratislava, Budapest, Ljubljana, Prague, and Warsaw) attending. Following the revision and the adoption of the new structure of the Index, its value will be calculated and published by the Budapest Stock Exchange as of 3 November 2003.
