    Terna SPA (Italy, ISIN IT0003242622), which is to be added to the S&P/MIB Index on 20 September 2004, has announced it is to pay an interim dividend of EUR 0.045 (please refer to the Borsa Italiana announcement no 9528 of September 7, 2004).   • Standard & Poor’s Announces Quarterly Rebalancing For The S&P ADR Indices

    As part of the S&P/TOPIX 150 share rebalancing, Standard & Poor’s will make changes in the IWFs and the number of ADRs used for the purposes of calculating the S&P ADR Indices. The changes will be effective at the close of business on September 10, 2004.

    The FTSE Europe, Middle East and Africa Regional Committee met today and has confirmed the results of the quarterly review for the FTSE UK Index Series, which includes the FTSE 100, FTSE 250, FTSE Small Cap and FTSE All-Share indices. All the changes to the indices announced by FTSE Group today are effective after the close of business on Friday the 17 September 2004.
