ETFGI Reports Assets Invested In Actively Managed ETFs Listed Globally Reached A New Record Of 1.05 Trillion US Dollars At The End Of September

ETFGI, a prominent independent research and consultancy firm specializing in providing subscription research and events on trends in the global ETFs industry, reported today that assets invested in actively managed ETFs listed globally reached a new record of US$1.05 trillion at the end of September. Actively managed ETFs gathered net inflows of US$26.85 billion during September, bringing year-to-date net inflows to a record US$240.14 billion, according to ETFGI's September 2024 Active ETF and ETP industry landscape insights report, an annual paid-for research subscription service. UK Startups Secure $12 Billion VC Funding During Q1-Q3 2024, Finds GlobalData

The UK witnessed the announcement of a total of 877 venture capital (VC) funding deals during January to September (Q1-Q3) 2024, marking a year-on-year (YoY) decline of 15.1%. However, despite the decline in volume, the total disclosed funding value of these deals was up by 9.4% YoY to $12 billion, reveals GlobalData a leading data and analytics company.

Dalian Commodity Exchange: China Securities Regulatory Commission Approves Registration Of Log Futures And Options

On October 25, 2024, the China Securities Regulatory Commission released the notice that it has approved the registration for log futures and options on Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE). On the same day, DCE released the contract specifications and rules for log futures and options, and began accepting applications for designated delivery warehouses and designated FOT delivery sites.

Mr Tsang Chung Yu, a former independent non-executive director of Metaverse Yunji Technology Group Company Limited (Metaverse Yunji) and 11 other individuals were charged today in a fraud case involving the granting of share options following the joint operation of the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and the Independent Commission Against Corruption (ICAC) in January 2024.

Dalian Commodity Exchange: Announcement On The Promulgation Of Log Futures Contract, Log Options Contract And Relevant Rules

Upon discussion and approval at the 48th meeting of the 4th Board of Governors of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Log Futures Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Log Options Contract of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Detailed Rules of Log Futures of Dalian Commodity Exchange, together with the amendments to the Measures for Clearing Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange, the Measures for Delivery Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange and the Measures for Risk Management of Dalian Commodity Exchange are hereby promulgated and shall come into force as of the promulgation date. The listing and trading time and relevant matters of the log futures contracts and log options contracts shall be announced separately.
