A Singapore Exchange Regulation (SGX RegCo) and the NUS Business School’s Centre for Governance and Sustainability (CGS) review has found that most listed issuers have made initial steps towards climate reporting.

Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange: Notice On Adjustments To Margins For Some Rapeseed Meal Futures Contracts

According to Article 9 of Risk Control Rules of Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange, Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange(ZCE) has decided upon discussion that from the settlement on March 12, 2025, margins for Rapeseed Meal Futures 2505, 2507, 2508, 2509, 2511 and 2601 Contracts will be adjusted to 9%.

Thank you, Beth [Zorc], for the introduction and I appreciate the opportunity to address the Institute of International Bankers’ (IIB) Annual Washington Conference. Convening less than two months after the inauguration of President Trump, it is an opportunity to become better acquainted with the new leadership. It is a privilege to share the stage with a number of other U.S. financial regulators, including my longtime colleagues Travis Hill at the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation and Rodney Hood at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency. Among congressional leadership, I look forward to working with Representative French Hill as chairman of the House Financial Services Committee.

US Federal Agencies Issue 2024 Shared National Credit Program Report

Federal bank regulatory agencies today reported in the 2024 Shared National Credit (SNC) report that credit risk associated with large, syndicated bank loans remains moderate. However, the agencies noted weakened credit quality trends continue due to the pressure of higher interest rates on leveraged borrowers and compressed operating margins in some industry sectors.
