KBC Asset Management Launches New Bluesphere° ETFs Tracking Solactive Indices

Solactive is pleased to expand its collaboration with KBC Asset Management on the launch of three additional ETFs under its bluesphere° range, developed in partnership with HANetf, further broadening KBC Asset Management’s entry into the European ETF market. The new products comprise bluesphere° European Equity UCITS ETF, bluesphere° US Equity UCITS ETF, and bluesphere° US Technology UCITS ETF, together with Czech Koruna (CZK) and Hungarian Forint (HUF) hedged share classes for each strategy, offering investors efficient access to developed European equities, broad US large-cap equities, and leading US technology companies through transparent and cost-efficient investment vehicles.

Dubai Financial Services Authority Annual Report 2025: The DFSA Records Third Consecutive Year Of Double-Digit Registration Growth As Dubai Advances To Highest-Ever Global Financial Centres Index Ranking

- 182 new firms licenced and registered in DIFC in 2025, a 16% increase on 2024 – and third consecutive year of double-digit registration growth.
- Fund management sector remains core to DIFC’s ecosystem, expanding to 121 Authorised Firms, and 276 funds in total. Within the broader wealth and asset management sector, assets under management rose to US$ 176 billion up 4% year on year, and assets under advisory at US$ 220 billion up 22% year on year.
- Strong 15% growth in the insurance sector, particularly within reinsurance, reinforcing DIFC’s position as a regional hub.
- Combined balance sheets of banks operating in DIFC reached US$ 251 billion, representing a 19% year-on-year increase and a 195% increase from 2015.
- Over-the-counter (OTC) market saw over 100% growth in value and volume of transactions with US$ 13 trillion in Q4 2025.

Monetary Authority Of Singapore And Association Of Banks In Singapore Chart Instant Payments Enhancements With PayNow Generation 2 Study

The Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) and the Association of Banks in Singapore (ABS) today announced they will be exploring four areas of enhancements to Singapore's national instant payments infrastructure as part of a PayNow Generation 2 (PayNow Gen2) study. The potential enhancements to PayNow will better serve the needs of consumers, merchants, businesses and public agencies, and make Singapore's national payments infrastructure more seamless, efficient and accessible to users. The announcement was made at the ABS Annual Dinner on 25 June 2026, by Mr Gan Kim Yong, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade and Industry, and Chairman of MAS, and Mr Tan Teck Long, ABS Chairman.

Hong Kong Securities And Futures Commission Obtains Worldwide Freezing Order Against Lo Kai Bong And Major Success Group Limited

The Court of First Instance granted the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) a worldwide injunction over the assets of Mr Lo Kai Bong, chairman, executive director and controlling shareholder of LET Group Holdings Limited (LET) and Summit Ascent Holdings Limited (Summit Ascent) on 11 June 2026. It also granted a worldwide injunction under the Chabra jurisdiction over the assets of Major Success Group Limited (Major Success).
