Iceland Stock Exchange: Calculation Of Equity Indices Amended

As of 15 October Iceland Stock Exchange will adopt a new method for calculating ICEX equity indices. The new method is the same as the other NOREX exchanges adopted earlier this year. The major change concerns the price used to calculate the index value. In the new method, indices will be calculated using yesterday's closing price or the latest paid price until more favourable buy or sell orders have been placed.
