NYSE Appoints John Lafalce, Ed Malloy To Individual Investors Advisory Committee

The New York Stock Exchange board of directors has approved the nominations of two new members to its Individual Investors Advisory Committee (IIAC). John LaFalce, former Congressman from Western New York's 29th Congressional District, and Ed Malloy, president of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Greater New York, each began his three-year term this month.

Standard & Poor's will make the following changes in the S&P/TSX Venture Composite Index after the close of trading on Tuesday, May 13, 2003. Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders on September 30, 2002, Globaltex Industries Inc. (TSXVN:GTX) has changed its name to Pine Valley Mining Corporation.
