Oslo Stock Exchange To Prepare For Conversion To A Public Limited Company - The Norwegian Government Has Proposed That The Oslo Stock Exchange Should Be Converted To A Public Limited Company

The Norwegian government has proposed, as part of its proposal for a new Stock Exchange Act, that the Oslo Stock Exchange should be converted to a public limited company and that the shares of the company should be sold through a public offering. This proposal is due to be considered by the Norwegian Parliament, and it is expected that this process will be completed during the course of the autumn. IPE Brent Crude Futures Extended On ETS II

On Monday 25 September the IPE’s flagship contract Brent Crude futures will trade electronically for the first time. The trading period will be between the hours of 08:00 and 09:45 London time. Pit hours will not change and will stay at 10:02 to 20:13. As a result of this change the hours available on SIMEX will reduce to reflect the extension.
