Consob Approval Of Amendments To TLX Rules

In accordance with the provisions of Article 63.2 of the Consolidated Law, Consob has approved some amendments to the rules governing the markets organized and managed by TLX s.p.a., which had been approved by the company's shareholders at a meeting on 3 December 2003.

As of today, Bolsa de Madrid began trading 92 new warrants issued by Santander Central Hispano Investment The incorporation of these certificates brings the number of warrants listed on the Bolsa de Madrid to 978. The new warrants have been issued on the following indices: Ibex 35, Dow Jones and Nasdaq 1000.
