London Metal Exchange Monthly Volumes - March 2004

The London Metal Exchange traded a total of 6,366,902 lots in March 2004. This figure was made up of 5,995,766 lots of futures, 363,050 lots of options and 8,086 lots of TAPOs.

During the year to date 18,780,879 lots were traded of which 17,450,091 lots were futures, 1,290,411 lots were options and 40,377 lots were TAPOs. In the corresponding period in 2003, 2,119,168 lots were traded of which 16,246,266 lots were futures, 844,256 lots were options and 28,646 lots were TAPOs.
