    The International Securities Exchange (ISE) said today that Jason Lehman, Managing Director and head of the Global Options business at Citadel Investment Group LLC, joined its Board of Directors. The ISE Board consists of 15 members, six industry directors, eight non-industry directors and ISE's Chief Executive Officer.
