  • Appointment Of Members To HKEx's Risk Management Committee

    Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEx) welcomes the Financial Secretary's appointments of Chan Ka-lok, Fong Hup, Martin Wheatley and the reappointment of Eddie Yue as members of its Risk Management Committee (RMC). The two-year appointments, which were made under the Securities and Futures Ordinance, will take effect on 1 July 2005.

  • 23 New Companies To Oslo Børs First Six Months

    The first six months of 2005, the Board of Oslo Børs has resolved to admit shares in 23 companies to be listed. As of today, 20 of these companies are listed. Except for the first six months in 1997, Oslo Børs has never listed such a high number of companies within a six month period. The new companies represent a wide range of sectors, primarily energy, offshore, technology and finance.

  • WTB Hannover: Clearing House Changes Margin Rates For All Potato-Futures

    As of 29th of June 2005, the Clearing House of the WTB Hannover rises the Initial Margin Rates for Table Potatoes from 400 € to 600 €, for Futures on Processing Potatoes from 600 € to 800 € and for Futures on London Potatoes from 500 € to 600 €.
